V. Rosati Plumbing & Heating is a family-owned and operated business serving homeowners, local families, and small property owners in South Glens Falls, NY, and surrounding residential areas. Established in 1990, our business reflects more than a date on paper. Plumbing has passed through three generations of our family, from grandfather to father to the current owner, and the next generation now works alongside us.
More than 40 years of hands-on plumbing experience shape how we approach each job. We are an owner-operated, small family crew, so customers are not passed through layers of a large corporate structure. The people connected to the business are also connected to the work. A Master Plumbers License guides our plumbing knowledge, and our licensed and insured operation brings personal accountability to every customer interaction.
Our work covers urgent plumbing and heating issues, everyday plumbing repairs, fixture installation, appliance hookups, water heater work, furnace and boiler care, seasonal furnace and AC cleaning, and residential natural gas piping. We serve people dealing with real household problems, including burst pipes, active leaks, no water, loss of heat, failed hot water, fixture trouble, and gas line concerns.
We believe good service comes from listening carefully, looking beyond the quickest temporary fix, and giving customers honest information about the work in front of them. Many customers find us through referrals and word of mouth, a reputation earned through consistent workmanship and relationships that continue over time.
Rosati Plumbing & Heating remains a hands-on family business. We work together, take personal responsibility for the job, and bring generations of trade knowledge to the plumbing and heating needs of the people we serve.
Our Values
Personal Accountability
Our name is connected directly to the work we perform. As an owner-operated family business, we do not pass responsibility through a large corporate chain. We take customer concerns seriously, communicate clearly about the issue, and stay personally connected to the work in the home. That approach matters during an urgent leak, a heating failure, a water heater problem, or an everyday plumbing repair. Customers want to know who is working in their home and how the problem will be handled. Our small family crew keeps that relationship direct. Personal accountability also shapes the way we earn future work. Much of our reputation comes through word of mouth and referrals from satisfied customers. Every service visit is an opportunity to maintain the trust people place in our family name, our plumbing knowledge, and the workmanship we bring to the job.
We believe customers deserve clear information about the plumbing or heating issue they are facing. Our approach is not driven by high-pressure tactics or a push toward unnecessary work. We listen to the concern, consider the condition of the residential plumbing or heating equipment involved, and focus on the work that fits the situation. Honest service also means looking beyond a quick temporary fix when the underlying issue needs attention. A recurring leak, loss of hot water, furnace problem, or damaged plumbing component deserves careful judgment rather than a rushed answer. We want customers to understand the work being discussed and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. Strong customer relationships grow through straightforward conversations and consistent actions. That approach has helped V. Rosati Plumbing & Heating earn referrals and serve customers who return when another plumbing or heating need comes up.
Plumbing is a family trade that has passed through three generations. Knowledge moved from grandfather to father to the current owner, and the next generation now works in the business as well. That history gives our family a deep connection to the work and to the responsibility that comes with serving customers in their homes. More than 40 years of hands-on plumbing experience influence how we think through repairs, installations, maintenance, and urgent service needs. We work with common residential plumbing and heating equipment, including fixtures, piping, water heaters, furnaces, boilers, central air units for cleaning and maintenance, and natural gas piping. The trade has changed over time, but careful workmanship and personal responsibility remain central to how we operate. We carry that family knowledge forward by working together and applying it to the practical plumbing and heating concerns customers bring to us.
